of Wangdue Phodrang District in central Bhutan.

your tour to Gangtey Monastery. Enjoy your drive
through dense rhododendron & oak forest. Gangtey
Monastery belongs to Nyingmapa sect of Buddhisn. It
is situated in a pristine & beautiful valley in
Western Bhutan. The monastery is named after Gangtey
Village. Just a few kilometer away from Gangtey
Monastery there is Phobjikha Valley. It is a bowl
shaped glacial valley with an area of approx 163
sq.Km & lies approx 3000 meter above sea lavel. The
valley is rich in biodiversity. Phobjikha Valley is
winter home to black-necked cranes & many other
endangered spices of the world. Drive back to
Punakha/Wangdu for your overnight stay.
After breakfast chock out
